Shelly Frank is a retired U.S. Navy Cryptologic Warfare Officer with 31+ years of leadership across defense, technology, and global operations. She currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton and is completing a doctorate in Global Security Studies. She lives in Queen Anne's County.
